Four Quick Reasons for Youth to get Involved with Amateur Catch as Catch Can Wrestling (Freestyle Wrestling)

1. An education in Catch wrestling qualifies students to compete in Freestyle competition. Coach Jones from team USA states that a student’s success in Freestyle wrestling competition increases the chances of being offered a college scholarship, over high school (Folkstyle) wrestlers.

2. Wrestling has been found to be number one in the top 5 hardest sports.  Difficult sports build confidence and a strong work ethic.

3. Forbes magazine released an article explaining why wrestlers make the best employees.  Wrestling primes boys and girls to be hard workers that achieve goals.

4. Wrestling is an important part of US history.  Wrestlers have achieved much in our history, in fact, many of our great presidents were wrestlers, like George Washington, Abraham Lincoln and Theodore Roosevelt.
